Our mission is to prepare anyone save a life. Whether you’re an experienced provider or wanting to learn basic first aid we can further your knowledge and skills. Golden Hour Training specializes in treatment during the first hour of an emergency, otherwise known as the Golden Hour. Care provided during the Golden Hour makes all the difference for immediate and long-term patient survival. Our courses provide the knowledge and skills to help make that crucial difference on scene and overcome analysis paralysis. Classes are interactive with significant time devoted to hands on skills application by experienced instructors.
Not looking to travel? Schedule a class at your location (certain courses must be taught at our location). We understand the logistical difficulties involved in obtaining training. Therefore, we offer competitive packages where we come to you, saving travel expenses or dwell/deployment time. We are the One Stop Shop for all your medical training needs.
Golden Hour Training is owned and operated by a first responder. Golden Hour Training provides free training to many Volunteer First Responder agencies and donates a portion of each course to a Volunteer First Responder Agency or Veteran Organization.

I took this course on April 27, 2023 in Owensboro KY. I had previously taken the course at my company in Troy, MI in 2018. The difference in the two training courses was the difference in daylight and dark. The course that Golden Hour provided was so much more detailed. The instructor/owner that taught the course was very knowledgeable and personable. He not only knew the material first hand (as he is a first responder) but he has a personal interest in providing additional information that a basic CPR course does not address. He gave lots of examples of what exactly to look for and how to administer the CPR for both adults and children and infants too. I highly recommend his course and will definitely take it again in the future.
TCCC class was great! One of the things that was different from the other classes i have taken was, all of the supplies there were for you to use and practice with. Nothing was off limits. Knowledge was outstanding. They took their time to make sure we understood the subjects. I look forward to training with them in the future.
Frank was so entertaining and you can tell he loves what he does. Would 100% return back for more lessons!
I have taken several courses from Golden Hour and Frank has always provided excellent instruction and uses several specialty mannequins (for example in the TCCC course we had two wound packing mannequins see picture). I would highly recommend any course they offer.
Recently took the TCCC class with Golden Hour Training in May 2023. Absolutely phenomenal knowledge and teaching. Everything was hands on and Frank Rodriguez really took the time and steps to make sure everyone learned what was needed. What was really neat was running through “real-life” scenarios and having to feel some of the stress of saving a person’s life. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a hands-on learning experience for TCCC.

I went to the CPR class 4-5-24 and had a great experience with Frank, very professional and you can tell he’s passionate about his work. Class was 6pm-9pm and it went by fast. Got CPR card and certification that same night, I’ll be back for sure! He saved me a trip to Louisville where I’m originally from for an 8 hour class for the same price
